"At The Butcher’s Daughter, we treat fruits and vegetables as a butcher would meat: We chop, fillet and carve fresh produce into heathy vegetarian dishes and press them into pretty juices."

We've got our roots deep in New York City and love sharing our favorite spots. As the heat just keeps rising in the city we're constantly searching for places to stay cool and eat light. Immediately, we gravitate towards a cheerful spot in Nolita called The Butcher's Daughter.
